Trip Inquiry

Once I've received your inquiry submitted through your Request a Trip form, I will review prior to our consult call to learn more about you and your travel style preferences.

Trip Consultation

During this call scheduled during your inquiry, we will get to know each other to better gauge your needs and any questions you may have. If we think we vibe nicely, an invoice will be sent to begin designing your proposal.

Trip Review

I’ll combine takeaways from our consult call with my expertise and global connections to create proposal options for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback is essential during this phase to secure the travel components you desire and deserve and if any adjustments may be needed.

Trip Confirmation

Once you approve your proposal, a deposit will be required to secure your booking. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.

Trip Management

Once we officially book your travel components, I will manage the trip all the way through to your travel day. I can provide reminders, updates, suggestions, and even some resources to help you prepare for whatever may occur. Start the countdown until you get to embark and sail away.

Before your initial call, please review and have a realistic budget, essential preferences, ideal travel dates, and desired location. This helps us use our time efficiently when arranging your trip. I ask that you keep an eye on your email inbox for any urgent updates and trip details. All trip communication will be in written form through email.

Clear & Timely Feedback

Your feedback is very important for planning. I value honesty and effective communication. If the plans are not quite your style, I'll adjust and tailor them as needed based on your feedback. Remember, these custom itineraries are carefully designed to fit your style with selected properties, routes, and concepts.

By charging a Concierge planning fee, it allows me to dedicate and prioritize the necessary time and attention to your personalized experience. This includes factors such as the number of components, travel party size, number of nights, and vicinity of time to departure.
